Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ss18. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without warning. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
Ss18 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents, such as a copy of your IC or bank statement, at any time to meet internal compliance requirements.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ss18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login details.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you are required to notify the ss18 support team immediately by emailing [email protected] for prompt action.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Ss18 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to exploit or manipulate the gaming system;
- Colluding with other players to form alliances or engage in cheating during gameplay;
- Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation;
- Spreading false or misleading information to the ss18 support team;
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure;
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
Ss18 reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate any suspicious transactions or betting patterns. ss18's decisions in such matters are final and binding.
4. Payments, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the ss18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other available methods from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful verification, and ss18 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ss18's established procedures. For security purposes, withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the name of the ss18 account holder. Game Results & Transaction Finality
All game results recorded by the ss18 system are considered final and binding unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, ss18 will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion. Confirmed results that have been credited to an account balance cannot be retroactively reversed by users.
